StrataVoter Election Setup

Create an anonymous vote with unit-level participation tracking and live quorum progress.

Step 1 — Floors

Step 2 — Units Per Floor

Enter how many units are on each floor and the numbering start/format for that floor. The default starts at 101, 201, 301, and so on. Use the pencil button on any unit rectangle to manually override the unit number.

Step 3 — Mark Ineligible Units

Click any unit rectangle to mark it as ineligible / excluded. Excluded units will receive no voting link and will be recorded in the audit trail.

Voting links should be created for units that voted by proxy. Their designated proxy should receive the link and vote on their behalf.

Step 4 — Vote Settings

Election Created

⚠ Save your Admin Secret — shown once only

Required to regenerate a voting URL and view Recount/Audit page. Store it securely.
