StrataVoter helps boards run compliant, anonymous votes with live quorum tracking, simple setup, and zero registration friction.
Everyone can follow the voting progress in real time through a shared, read-only results page that shows participation and totals as they update - giving the entire community full visibility into the process without revealing how anyone voted.
Each unit receives a unique, secure voting link that ensures only authorized owners can vote, while keeping every ballot completely anonymous. The system records that a unit voted, but never how they voted. The actual votes go into a separate, anonymous pool that cannot be traced back to any unit or person.
The moment all eligible units have voted - or the voting window closes - results are calculated automatically and displayed immediately, with no manual counting, no delays, and no room for error.

StrataVoter does not require accounts or credit cards, which helps preserve maximum privacy and anonymity; however, this also means each building's voting setup must be recreated for every election. We are currently evaluating the best balance between effortless setup and absolute voter privacy, and a future optional account feature for Property Managers may streamline unit setup while maintaining strong privacy protections.

Our voting platform records which units have cast a ballot, but never how they voted.
To comply with Ontario condominium governance standards and secret-ballot requirements, the system maintains two fully separated data layers:
The platform may display a list of units that participated in the election, as this is permitted under the Condominium Act and is necessary for verifying quorum and eligibility.
At no time does the platform store, reveal, or allow reconstruction of how any unit voted. This design ensures full transparency in participation while preserving the secrecy and integrity of the ballot.
The scrutineers confirmed that the voting system recorded which units cast a ballot for quorum and eligibility purposes. No information identifying how any unit voted was available or accessible.

All ballots were anonymous, and the voting system kept voter identity completely separate from ballot contents. The scrutineers confirmed that the secrecy of the vote was fully preserved.
Votes are fully anonymous. Unit participation is recorded separately from ballot choices, and links between those systems are temporary and automatically expired.
